Houstend calculates a 0–100 health score for each registered system based on four factors: whether the install date is recorded (10 points), whether an active warranty is on file (20 points), whether the system has been serviced within the past year (30 points), and whether any overdue maintenance tasks exist (20 points). A perfect score means the system is documented, warranted, recently serviced, and fully caught up on scheduled maintenance.
The scoring is calculated fresh each time you load the system view, so it always reflects the current state of the record. A system that was 80 last month drops to 50 when its annual service becomes overdue.
