When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use Houstend, we store the property data, system records, service history, and documents you provide. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How we use it
Your data is used to operate the service — generating your home health score, sending maintenance reminders, storing your documents, and enabling the export of your service record. We may use aggregate, anonymised data to improve the product.
Data requests
To request a copy of your data, ask that your data be deleted, or raise any data privacy concern, contact us at hello@houstend.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Houstend uses session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
When we publish a complete privacy policy, we will notify registered users by email and update the date at the top of this page.
